That's my little photomanipulation skills at work here. I tried to nail the 3 main words in the copy stated below.
1. insights - the eye looking
2. world - the globe
3. cinema - the reels
All comments and favs (if any) welcomed. I'm especially interested on how I could make the manip better.
Description:
Using InDesign, design an ad for Cinematheque Ontario. The logos will be provided. The copy is as follows "insights to the world of cinema" "www.bell.ca/cinnematheque".
The website url must be rather large. The reason for the ad is to drive more people to the website and get people interested in Cinematheque. The demographic weare going for is well educated, urban professionals. People that generally speak two languages. Cinematheque is a year round screeing programme dedicated to presenting the history of world cinema on the big scren in carefully curated retrospectives.
dude, this is kewl.... if only u can spend a bit more time in perfecting that outerline of the eye to make it look as if it's actually part of the earth... kinda looks like it has been erased around it right now if ya know what i mean
I actually don't like it, the typography is lacking, and that thing at the bottom is hideous. The eye is just.. weird... oh well don't listen to me everyone else thinks it's great
yea, not everyone would like it. Oh...there's no typography in this. You mainly critique typogray in editorials or posters that have a little more than a line. I can't do much typographic treatment with 1 line of text. If you're talking about font choice, kerning, etc., that i can understand.
