“Good designers redesign, Great ones realign.” indeed.   Very nice, I really like the grid. I don't know about the blue-tones in the background, maybe they could need a little more green, but I think that depends on the monitor you're using. And the shadows on those 3 images in the middle are a little simple imho
 Like the new layout. And I love that kicked flash in the butt.
side note: On your request a quote list you have allot of "Lets talk about" titles.. It really reads annoying and its not even talking  -- Yup. I have a signature.   Wow! LOVED IT. Love the center advertising! Really funcionall! Loved loved loved. +FAV +WATCH
